What are Powered Roller Conveyors?

​Synergy Automatics Conveyors manufacturers Powered Roller Conveyors. Powered Roller Conveyors run utilizing some power as electric motor pneumatic motor or by external means of force. This power makes the rollers move using roller drive options such as sprockets. So the speed of the product can be controlled. e.g., you must have heard the speed of the conveyors 50 boxes/min. So accordingly, calculations are made to achieve this speed.

Powered Roller Conveyors do not need any slope. They may be straight running as well as curves. Please refer to “Curve Conveyor.”

Powered roller conveyors have some limitations of the product to be carried on it. e.g., Refrigerators, washing machines have uneven bases and are not suitable on powered roller conveying.
